Amway Triple Diamond Greg Duncan is now Bankrupt

Dreambuilder's Triple Diamond director Greg and Laurie Duncan has officially gone bankrupt from Sep. 11 2007. This is confirmed after visiting a number of house he has owned previously are in foreclosure state.


The Greg Duncan and Laurie Duncan had listed assets of $63 million where as his debts is of $8.4 million. Though has enough assets, Greg Duncan and Laurie Duncan won't be able to clear off their debts. 

Greg and Laurie has done a reorganisation plan by April 2008 and was later unsealed when it went into Chapter 7.


Almost $9 million of Duncan's cash got drained away in a lawsuit over the rights to sell he XS energy drink. This is really a shame for Amway Company, officials and all the ones associated with him. 


Now the whole world is waiting to see, if the Amway company will directly step in here to clear the name. Network Marketers uncontrolled lavish style of spending and forgetting the basics of managing finaces will lead to such catastrophies.
